Vivo Y20 is coming soon, check expected specifications and features

Vivo Y20 is expected to come with Android 10, 4GB of RAM and a 1.8GHz Qualcomm processor. Here’s what we know about the Vivo Y19 successor.

Both the Vivo X50 and the Vivo X50 Pro are both eligible for the offer and customers will have to register within the first 30 days of purchasing the smartphone.

Vivo is working on a new budget smartphone. Ahead of an official release, it has been spotted on Indonesian certification website. Dubbed as Vivo Y20, the unreleased phone is seen sporting model number V207.

Apart from the model number and Vivo Y20, the latest listing does not reveal much. It is worth noting that Vivo Y20 was recently spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking website. The listing revealed the phone will launch with Android 10 out-of-the-box. The phone is said to run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor coupled clocked at 1.8GHz. It also has 4GB of RAM.

Vivo Y20 will succeed the last year’s Vivo Y19. The predecessor features a 6.53-inch full HD+ display. It runs on MediaTek Helio P65 processor. It offers as many as three cameras on the back featuring 16-megapixel, 8-megapixel, and 2-megapixel sensors. For selfies, it has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. The phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery. Vivo Y19 is currently available online for a starting price of ₹14,990.

Separately, Vivo recently launched S1 Prime. Priced at ₹21,000 approximately, Vivo S1 Prime comes with a 6.38-inch full-HD+ AMOLED screen. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB inbuilt storage.

On the camera front, the phone offers a 48-megapixel sensor with f/1.8 lens, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor with f/2.2 lens and a couple of 2-megapixel sensors with f/2.4 aperture. At the front, Vivo S1 Prime comes with a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
